Limitless Technology: Japanese Speaking Customer Service Agent - for Netflix Japan

Headquarters: London URL: https://www.limitlesstech.com/ Limitless, in partnership with Netflix, is looking for Japanese-speaking freelance customer service representatives to support Netflix customers in Japan. This is a fully remote freelance opportunity for people who are confident speaking with customers, comfortable using online systems and able to work independently from home. You will provide voice-based customer support to Netflix customers, helping with account queries, service questions, technical issues and general support.

You will use Netflix systems, knowledge resources and agreed support processes to provide clear, accurate and friendly resolutions. Key responsibilities include: Providing customer support in Japanese by voice Helping customers with account, service and technical queries Following Netflix support processes and quality standards Using online systems and knowledge tools to resolve customer issues Delivering a professional, friendly and efficient customer experience Completing required training, assessments and programme updates Working independently from home while staying connected with the wider support team What we are looking for: Fluent or near-native Japanese language ability Strong spoken communication skills Comfortable supporting customers by phone Confident using online systems and digital tools Reliable internet connection and suitable home working environment Ability to work independently and follow defined processes Customer service experience is useful but not essential Training: Training starts on 9th October 2026 and runs for four weeks, Monday to Friday, from 13:00 to 17:00 Japan Standard Time.

Training is delivered virtually in Japanese and attendance across the fixed training schedule is required. Working hours: Once live, the current available service windows are: Monday to Friday 09:00-13:00 JST 17:00-21:00 JST Available working patterns and shifts will be confirmed during training. Earnings: You will be paid $20 USD per hour during training and the initial live period. You will then move to an On-Target Earnings model of up to $20 USD per hour, linked to agreed service and performance measures.
