Lifecycle Email Manager
About this role
About Creative Fabrica Creative Fabrica is a subscription platform serving millions of creators, designers, and crafters worldwide. We're built on the principle that everyone can be creative. We remove what stands in the way: expensive software, technical expertise, and time-consuming production. Our Studio AI suite offers more than 26 specialized AI tools that automate technical work: generate custom images, remove backgrounds, create fonts, and produce publication-ready designs in minutes instead of hours.
Our content library contains 15+ million commercially-licensed fonts, graphics, SVGs, and templates, giving you professional-quality building blocks without the expense or time of creating assets from scratch. About the role: This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days. Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products used by a large and rapidly growing audience.
As we acquire more users, one of our biggest opportunities is making sure they discover the right products, experience value quickly, come back regularly and understand everything they can do with the platform. Email and lifecycle communication will play a major role in this: we want to move beyond basic newsletters and isolated campaigns toward a highly personalized, automated lifecycle engine driven by user behavior and continuous experimentation.
As our Lifecycle Email Manager, you will own email and lifecycle communication across the customer journey - from first signup through activation, conversion, engagement, retention and reactivation. You'll be responsible for understanding how different users behave and building communication that gets them to take the next valuable action. This is not a role where you simply manage a newsletter calendar. We want someone who thinks in user journeys, triggers, segments and experiments - constantly asking: who should we communicate with, at what moment, with what message, to change what behavior? You'll have significant freedom to identify opportunities, build new flows and run experiments, working closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Product and our Creative Studio.
