You will partner across Commercial, Product, Privacy, Corporate, Finance, IT, and other teams to simplify how legal work gets done, improve visibility into priorities and risk, and create a more seamless experience for internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on role for a thoughtful operator who is excited to use automation and AI-enabled technology responsibly to reduce manual work, improve knowledge access, and help the Legal team move faster without compromising quality, security, or judgment.
You will own key legal operations initiatives, from contract workflows and reporting to legal technology strategy, change management, and scalable team processes. As a Legal Operations Manager, you will: - Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable workflows across the Legal team, including commercial, product, privacy, corporate, and compliance-related work. - Own and optimize the Legal team’s technology ecosystem, including contract lifecycle management, e-signature, intake, knowledge management, and reporting tools.
- Identify practical opportunities to leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline routine legal work, improve self-service, and strengthen data quality, while partnering with Legal and IT on appropriate governance and controls. - Build dashboards and reporting that give Legal leadership visibility into workload, contract cycle times, key trends, business impact, and operational priorities. - Lead cross-functional projects and change-management efforts, including new process rollouts, systems integrations, internal enablement, and stakeholder communications.
