You'll work alongside Charlotte https://www.linkedin.com/in/charlotte-meudic-80b23212/, our Head of Legal (Commercial & Product For French Market), to tackle diverse legal challenges in product development and emerging regulations — with direct impact on Qonto's growth and innovation across Europe.
➡️ WHAT YOU'LL DO - Draft and negotiate product contracts: Assist in negotiating and drafting contracts for new Qonto products, ensuring legal compliance for the launch of new features across payment and financial tool platforms. - Apply banking law to real products: Conduct banking law analysis and assess how regulations apply to Qonto products and features, then draft the customer contracts that bring them to market.
