📋 Description Lead response to legal tickets from teams across Zapier, including from sales, procurement, and HR Partner with the procurement team and stakeholder teams across Zapier to draft, review, and Collaborate with Zapier’s commercial counsel on providing effective and efficient legal support to Collaborate with Zapier’s employment counsel on the development, preparation, and training on Advocate for and implement technology to improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the Monitor legal developments globally for compliance purposes in locations where Zapier has personnel 🎯 Requirements Juris Doctor degree Admitted to practice and in good standing with one or more state bars in the US 4-8 years of legal experience across commercial, operational, or general corporate matters Combined law firm and in-house experience at a SaaS/technology company preferred, but not required.
