Legal Assistant – Conveyancing Our client, a multi service law firm with offices in South Wales and the South West are looking to recruit a residential conveyancing Assistant to join their expanding team in Swansea. Applications are welcomed from Legal Assistants / Paralegals who have 6-12 months experience working within a conveyancing team and able to run their own caseload. The occasional travel to the Carmarthen office maybe required.

Duties include but are not limited to: Acting as first point of contact for enquiries, providing excellent customer service to new and repeat clients. File opening and accompanying procedures, to include production of confirmation of instruction letters, updating central records and the entering of entities and capacities on each new client/matter file. Providing an efficient and effective service to the Conveyancers.

Ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Demonstrates strong team building and customer service skills. Shows a determination to achieve set personal and team KPIs and targets. Commitment to working within a quality standard environment. Strong IT skills with the ability to become familiar with new systems quickly.
