The Legal Assistant will be a detail-oriented and proactive support to our Legal team, with a particular focus on contract management, legal operations, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) support and administrative support. This role works closely with the Associate General Counsel to help manage the contract lifecycle, assist with legal operations, administrative items, and maintain the organization and integrity of legal records.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, enthusiastic, discreet with confidential information, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.
