Lead Product Manager - Game Content Creation
About this role
We are on a mission to pioneer the world’s next era of play. As we grow across Europe and Latin America, we’re building The Playstack - the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. Join us, and help make it the most widely used platform in the world! From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day.
You will own the product line for Creation , the tribe that builds Super's own games. The hard part is not making a game. It is making games that are wired into the rest of Super from the inside rather than wrapped in it afterwards, that fit the markets they launch in, and that ship fast enough to be worth building at all. You will do that with the exclusive studios that build for Super, and with the product and tech teams whose services need to live inside the game.
As a senior leader in the product organisation you will own the roadmap and the delivery for the area, operate with high autonomy, and hold yourself and others accountable for outcomes, balancing player delight with commercial performance, and keeping our games fun, fresh, competitive, safe and compliant. You will raise the bar for how product is done, treating AI as core to your toolkit rather than a nice-to-have. What we're looking for 5+ years of product management experience, including time leading product across multiple teams or squads.
Pragmatic and hands-on, a natural problem-solver, with the judgement to turn an agreed strategy into sequenced delivery when capacity is fixed. You have delivered a programme that depended on many teams who did not depend on you. Our platform layer integrates services owned by other product teams, loyalty, bonusing, jackpots, leaderboards, social and personalisation, so that every game inherits them instead of integrating one by one.
You have landed work like that in other teams' roadmaps without leverage over them. You are commercially literate and can carry the argument. Comfortable with measures like share of wallet and incremental spend, able to tell revenue created from revenue moved, and able to hold that narrative with senior stakeholders and across a company. Experience operating in regulated markets, and comfort working alongside compliance and certification as a constraint on throughput.
