GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the majority of the following duties: Serves as a subject matter expert responsible for executing mission, budgetary, financial, and administrative support programs; conducts trend analyses to identify efficiencies, improve program performance, and support data-driven decision-making; Providing expert technical analysis, recommendations, plans and reports for a variety of programs; Presenting training and technical advice to management and lower level staff on a variety of program areas; Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, to prepare reports, briefings, studies, and data analyses related to administrative program areas; Engaging in continuous evaluation of processes and programs to ensure quality, integrity, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
