About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Maintaining the oversight, development, implementation and guidance of policy on all matters related to the OPNAV Organization Management program, ensuring state-of-the-art communication techniques are incorporated for efficient business practices in an electronic age; 2.

Utilizing thorough knowledge and understanding of Navy hierarchy and echelon levels to direct, control and monitor all aspects of the Standard Navy Distribution List (SNDL); 3. Applying knowledge of interpreting and implementing high authority policy contained in various published laws, Federal regulations, executive orders and Department of War (DoW) issuances; 4. Applying the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and implement administrative policy incorporating effective administrative acumen with procedures that expeditiously and effectively route organization management requirements and procedures; and 5.

Exercising the ability to effectively and tactfully communicate with Senior Flag/General Officers and civilian executive level officials at headquarters and field locations.
