About this role
In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below. You may qualify at the GS-14 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement: One year of experience in the same or similar work equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-13) requiring application of the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the position being filled. Applicants for this position must clearly demonstrate in their resume that they possess specialized experience in 1) reviewing the structure and functions of the organization to resolve complicated problems affecting major agency programs and requirements; 2) proposing recommendations and cost benefit analysis regarding new organizational structures, realignment of functions, and staffing levels to improve efficiency; 3) processing of disciplinary, adverse, and non-disciplinary personnel actions; 4) conducting human capital program management analysis duties in support of the identification of agency needs.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. All qualifications and education requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement and clearly documented in your resume.
