LEAD HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION/RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT)

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Advising and providing technical assistance to customers regarding the application of federal staffing regulations, principles, concepts, and laws; advising management on the impacts of federal civilian classification and position management; and delivering written and oral communications to key stakeholders.
