LinkedIn has also recognized Workwize as one of the Top 10 Startups for 2025 in the Netherlands! About the Role Workwize has built a demand generation engine and proven the market is there. The next phase needs a different kind of owner: one who doubles down on what works, cuts what doesn’t, and turns a working engine into compounding, predictable pipeline.
The Demand Generation Lead owns paid and organic end to end, and is measured at the revenue pipeline level, not the lead level. The market is growing and our ambition is to lead it by setting the standard others follow. This person has already done this inside a company that scaled from roughly €10M to €60M+ ARR, so working across multiple channels, segments and messages at once is familiar ground rather than a first attempt.
Within 12 months they have a full funnel engine running across diverse channels, segments and messages, with continuous optimisation built into how the team operates by default, a team they hired and can stand behind, and a clear before and after story with attribution they can put in front of the board. This person is the reason demand becomes something Workwize can forecast rather than hope for. Key Responsibilities Own paid and organic channels end to end, and own the number they produce: SQL output and Stage 2 pipeline contribution, not lead volume.
Diagnose the engine honestly in the first month: what is running, what it costs, what it returns across every channel, segment and message. Ship quick wins immediately. Not a plan for quick wins, actual changes already live while the longer term structure is being built. Audit website performance end to end, including landing pages, conversion optimisation and site structure, and turn it into actionable steps that lift both traffic volume and high quality lead flow.
