About the role We're looking for a commercially minded Lead Generation Manager to own the strategy, performance and operational effectiveness of lead generation for our Inside Sales organisation across 11+ European markets. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, you'll translate commercial growth objectives into actionable lead generation plans, ensuring Inside Sales teams have a consistent supply of high-quality leads aligned with their capacity and acquisition targets.
This is a hands-on role combining strategic planning, channel optimisation, commercial analytics and operational delivery. You'll work closely with Inside Sales leadership, Marketing and local market teams to improve lead quality, conversion and return on investment, with clear visibility into merchant acquisition and revenue outcomes. What you'll do Lead Generation Strategy & Forecasting: Own multi-market lead generation strategies and roadmaps, translating annual and quarterly merchant acquisition targets into lead volume forecasts, sourcing plans and priorities aligned with commercial growth objectives.
Lead Source Management & Optimisation: Manage and optimise lead generation across paid digital, content, partnerships, events, referrals and third-party providers; evaluate and scale new sources, improve underperforming channels, and oversee budgets, contracts and vendor relationships. Sales Alignment & Capacity Planning: Partner with Inside Sales leadership to forecast lead demand, assess team bandwidth and balance lead supply against sales capacity, while coordinating campaign schedules, expected volumes and market-specific requirements.
