As a Lead Engineer, you will be the technical cornerstone for helping build the Power Generation Design group.
You will be involved in team development, client relationships, and project execution. This role is ideal for a highly experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, building teams, business development, and leading project design teams across a variety of power generation projects. What You’ll Do Serve as the key technical resource for the Power Generation Design team. Responsible for establishing engineering standards, defining project execution strategies, and mentoring team members for Power Generation facilities.
Lead conceptual design through detailed design efforts for: Power Plant Site Planning Generator Systems MV/LV Distribution Balance of Plant (BOP) Electrical and Mechanical Design Process Automation & Control Comfortable with “blank paper” starting points and guiding clients and project design teams through the full design and construction process. Establish design templates, checklists, and QA/QC standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions.
