That means you will be accountable for ensuring that the work being delivered by the team on the ground is in line with our commercial agreements and agreed commercial outcomes.

In order to do this you will need to manage expectations and risk both internally and externally and be prepared to have difficult conversations and hold others to account where necessary. Role Responsibilities: Facilitate cross-team coordination and manage interdependencies. Drive delivery cadence and maintain momentum across teams. Act as the central point of coordination for Product Owners and Tech Leads. Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and cross-stream impacts.

Create and maintain programme-level artefacts (integrated plans, RAIDD logs, resourcing forecasts, progress reporting). Align outputs to strategic goals set by the Programme governance and clients. Facilitate workshops for cross-stream planning and critical path mapping. Consolidate stream-level reporting into a coherent executive summary. Enforce standardised processes across teams (quality gates, documentation, reporting).
