The Analytics Role: We're looking for a Lead Data Analyst to help shape how Wise invests in and improves its data platforms.

This is a hands-on role. You'll build the datasets and models behind your recommendations, taking ownership of analytical work from the initial question through to the decisions it supports. We want someone who enjoys understanding how systems work and can connect that technical detail to what matters for the people using them. How you’ll contribute: Work with our teams to identify the questions that matter, agree how to measure success and help prioritise investment.
Lead analytical projects, choosing an approach that fits the problem and carrying the work through to recommendations teams can use. Build and maintain the data pipelines and models that make your analysis reliable and repeatable. Bring an analytical perspective to engineering and product discussions, helping colleagues understand the evidence and the trade-offs behind a decision. Share your methods and knowledge so other analysts and engineers can build on your work.
Technical Expectations: 6+ years of commercial experience in a product-led environment Proficient in SQL and familiar with data visualization tools such as Looker, Superset, PowerBI, or Tableau Experience in automation and building data pipelines and working with tools like DBT and Airflow for ETL processes.
