LCV Dealer Network Analyst
About this role
Are you interested in the automotive industry? Do you enjoy analysing data, solving problems, and supporting others? We are looking for a LCV Dealer Network Analyst to join us on a fixed-term project . In this role, you will support the dealer network and business partners through data analysis and database management. Key Responsibilities Market and Competitor Analysis – Prepare regular reports on the development and structure of sales and service networks of key competitor brands in the Polish market (both light and heavy vehicle segments).
Access and Database Management – Manage the full lifecycle of user access rights within internal dealer communication systems, including granting, modifying, and deactivating access. Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of the company's central databases. Internal Network Audits – Organize or independently conduct regular verifications and audits of authorized locations to ensure compliance with business role requirements.
Update audit results in central systems. Geovisualization System Management – Maintain and update a dedicated mapping system for authorized sales and service locations, market areas, and territories. Transforming Data into Analytical Maps – Convert business data (sales and service performance) into analytical maps that support the geographical evaluation of network effectiveness. Develop customized mapping projects and market potential analyses (e.g., white spot analysis to identify market gaps) to support strategic management decisions.
Incentive Program Coordination – Support the organization and ongoing administration of bonus and incentive programs. Working Pattern 40 hours per week Working hours: 8:30-17:00 Flexible hybrid working environment Native-level Polish. Excellent command of English. University degree (Economics or Finance preferred). Experience with Business Intelligence tools is an advantage. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality. Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
