Job Description Are you an experienced Labourer looking for a new opportunity? Join us for our Kitchen & Bathroom renewal project within the Social Housing sector in South-West London and Westminster area. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact on site, introducing yourself to residents in a professional and respectful manner Safely remove approximately 10 kitchen units per day Complete strip-out works for at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day Remove existing flooring as required Strip wallpaper and prepare surfaces for refurbishment Ensure all appliances, staircases, and surrounding areas are adequately protected prior to works Install appropriate signage and information boards on site Carry out general labouring duties as required to support the project Do you have what it takes to become a Labourer at PiLON? Experience in a similar role within the Social Housing sector Valid CSCS card Asbestos Awareness Training Certificate Why work with us?
