------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Join us as a KYCB Analyst to help Qonto scale its Dutch market account-opening operations from Barcelona. You'll review and decide on KYC/KYB cases day-to-day. This position is based in Barcelona ➡️ What you'll do - Review and decide: Analyse client and company KYC/KYB documentation during account opening and decide whether accounts can be validated or rejected.
- Call clients directly: Contact clients by phone to request additional documents and explain what's needed — outbound calls are a regular part of the job. - Help subscriptions move forward: Make reminder calls so onboarding doesn't stall. - Keep the queue moving: Monitor pending validations and flag anything at risk of becoming a bottleneck. - Escalate, don't guess: Report blockers and anything outside frontline scope to the backline team.
