What we’ve achieved so far is just the beginnig 🚀 As our Key Account Manager, you are the main point of contact for our major national customers. You make sure they get the most from our products, and you grow our business with them by embedding yourself in each account. As our distribution model develops, your role will evolve to include managing distribution partners.

This is a fully remote role with regular travel to visit customers on site across the UK. Become part of our success story by... Owning key account relationships: Act as the primary contact for your customers and build strong relationships with decision-makers across each account Delivering framework agreements: Put negotiated agreements into practice, so every customer branch has a positive experience Growing within your accounts: Expand your network and promote existing and new applications across their business units Enabling adoption: Provide product training and support that make our products easy to use, and drive high utilisation Forecasting and performance: Keep accurate forecasts and manage your accounts for units sold and margin Moving into distribution: Help shape and take on the management of distribution partners Working with colleagues: Work alongside the regional sales team and share customer insight with colleagues in the UK and Germany
