Assessment: Complete our straightforward selection process. Training: Attend mthree Academy’s remote instructor-led online training for 4- 8 weeks, focusing on Java or other client-required languages. Placement: Join a global organization for 24 months. Professional skills such as communication and teamwork. Industry concepts delivered through real-world examples. Monitoring, support, and troubleshooting fundamentals. What We Are Looking For A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (2:1 or higher). A solid foundation in software engineering principles. Skills in troubleshooting, debugging, and test-driven development. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Roles requiring access to classified information may additionally require SC clearance , which involves more detailed vetting of personal, employment, financial, and security-related information, and typically requires at least five years of UK residency to enable meaningful checks.
