Are you an organised and proactive production professional with a passion for sport? At HBS, the Junior Producer supports the planning, development and delivery of non-live production projects, contributing to the creation of content for broadcast and digital platforms.
In this role, you will work closely with Senior Producers and the wider production team across all stages of production, from pre-production through to post-production. You’ll support production coordination, content planning, documentation and quality control, helping to ensure content and media assets are delivered accurately, consistently and on time. Please note, this role requires a minimum of 3 days a week in the office in Central London and international travel (including long-term trips).
🎯 What You’ll Do: Support Senior Producers across all stages of non-live production, from planning and preparation through to final delivery. Assist with coordinating production activities, deliverables and timelines across multiple projects. Prepare and maintain production documentation, presentations, guidelines and other project materials. Support content planning and the organisation of media assets in collaboration with the production team.
Work with external suppliers and production partners to support the creation and delivery of content. Review content and deliverables against agreed editorial, technical and quality standards. Support quality control processes and identify any issues or inconsistencies for review by Senior Producers. 📌 What makes a successful candidate: Initial experience in a production, broadcast, media or content environment, ideally within sport or events.
