Corporate Transactions & Advisory We advise many of the world's leading companies on public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings and [high value commercial contracts] with a particular focus on complex, cross-border transactions. Our team works closely with antitrust specialists on merger control matters and collaborates with experts across finance, capital markets, litigation, tax, pensions, employment and real estate to deliver integrated advice.
We combine international deal execution skills with deep local market knowledge and sector-focused expertise. Our practice also covers corporate governance, regulatory compliance, intellectual property and technology advisory, providing clients with comprehensive support across all aspects of corporate activity. Tech Advisory: Tech Advisory is a core offering within our Corporate Transactions and Advisory product group.
We advise global organisations, including the world’s largest and most sophisticated technology companies, alongside corporates, banks and investors. We focus on legal, regulatory and policy issues arising from the rapid evolution of technology, including AI, data, cyber security and digital platforms. Our work combines legal advice with strategic advocacy, helping clients engage with policymakers, regulators and wider stakeholders on emerging global frameworks.
This includes AI governance and risk management, data protection, online safety, emerging digital sovereignty regimes, cyber resilience and technology regulation, enabling clients to influence and navigate complex, fast-moving regimes worldwide. We support strategically important, cross-border matters across the technology lifecycle, working closely across our global team to deliver integrated, end-to-end advice.
