About the Role Team Market Data Insights (MDI) in the Supply Division is the team behind Flix's data products for internal use, including market intelligence, sociodemographic, and holiday data. Our data is used worldwide across markets and commercial functions, as well as data science teams, to power demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, and network planning decisions.

About You We're looking for solid technical foundations, curiosity, and the drive to grow into a strong Data Engineer. You'll get hands-on ownership quickly and learn from senior engineers in a collaborative, supportive environment. We'd love to hear from you if: You have some programming experience — for example with Python (or Java/Scala). This could come from a first job, an internship, university, a bootcamp, or your own projects You've worked with SQL and understand the basics of tables, queries, and working with data You're curious about how data moves through systems and how pipelines are built and improved You enjoy solving problems and don't mind digging into something you haven't seen before You're keen to learn from others, ask questions, and share your own ideas.

You enjoy working with people from different technical and non-technical backgrounds. You are open to different programming languages as well as other areas outside of Data Engineering, e.g., Frontend or data science You are excited to use AI and want to become AI-fluent Nice to have: Experience with data pipelines, data modelling, BI tools, or data and cloud platform products (e.g., AWS, Snowflake); A utomated testing, CI/CD, clean code, and software engineering practices We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
