About this role
Your Influential Mission: You Will... Support certification and audit-related activities across different iGaming projects. Review and analyse regulatory, compliance and technical documentation. Turn detailed documentation and regulatory needs into clear, practical business requirements. Maintain and organise requirements and project documentation, including in Confluence where applicable. Collaborate with colleagues across compliance, product and technical areas to clarify requirements and follow actions through.
Build your understanding of different gaming regulations, products and internal processes. Work with close mentoring at the beginning, then gradually take ownership of smaller projects as your knowledge and confidence grow. Components for Success: You... Have a basic understanding of the iGaming industry and how it operates. Bring some exposure to compliance, certifications, audits or another regulated environment. Have basic technical literacy and understand, at a high level, what servers and databases are and how systems communicate.
Are comfortable reading detailed documentation, analysing information and translating it into clear actions or requirements. Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken. Are organised, detail-focused and able to balance several topics or projects at the same time. Bring a proactive, curious and collaborative attitude, with the confidence to ask questions and learn from the team. Are based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
You'll Get Extra Points for... Hands-on experience in a junior compliance, audit support or certification-related role. Experience within an iGaming product area. Knowledge of poker would be particularly useful, but it is not essential. Awareness of gaming regulations or experience working with regulatory requirements. Experience using Confluence to structure documentation or business requirements. Bulgarian language skills, which are preferred for easy communication within the Sofia-based team.
Thrive in a culture that values... Learning through real work, with mentoring and support from experienced colleagues from the start. Personality, potential and a genuine can-do attitude, not only years of experience. Collaboration across a variety of projects, products and regulatory topics. Growing responsibility over time, including the opportunity to own smaller projects when ready. Long-term development within the compliance unit for someone who performs well and continues building their expertise.
