We're building a new team to support our most valuable restaurant partners, and we're looking for enthusiastic, ambitious people who want to develop their skills, take ownership and make a difference. What is Account Management? As an Account Manager, you'll look after a group of restaurant partners and help them get the most out of OrderYOYO. You'll build relationships, understand what each restaurant wants to achieve and identify ways to help it grow.

You'll learn how to use data, manage customer relationships, recognise commercial opportunities and build the skills needed to succeed in business. You'll receive training and support as you develop, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as your skills grow. What you'll be doing Building relationships with restaurant owners and becoming a trusted point of contact. Speaking to customers regularly to understand their needs and goals.

Helping restaurants improve online orders and business performance. Learning to use CRM tools and account data to spot opportunities. Recommending relevant products and services to help partners grow. Identifying opportunities to develop existing accounts. Following up on customer needs and resolving issues with the right teams. Keeping accounts organised and making sure commitments are delivered. Working towards targets and celebrating your progress.
