We follow a modern engineering approach with 2-week sprints , continuous delivery (including multiple deployments per day), and a high level of AI adoption across software development, testing, code reviews, simulations, and engineering workflows. Requirements Languages: Our day-to-day collaboration involves both English and Russian , so for most roles we're looking for candidates with Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English and fluent Russian to ensure effective communication across teams.
