About this role

This position can be performed remotely for candidates based in Northern Portugal. Depending on your background and experience, you could join one of the following teams: Data Engineer You will play a key role in building and scaling our new modern data platform , supporting Data, BI and future AI use cases across the organization. Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining data pipelines using tools such as Databricks, dbt, Airbyte and Airflow .

Contributing to data platform architecture and modeling. Developing reliable, tested and reusable data transformations. Delivering trusted datasets to BI and Analytics teams. Contributing to data engineering standards, documentation and quality. We are looking for professionals with 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering , strong SQL skills, knowledge of Python and data modeling, and experience with cloud environments.

Data Integration Engineer You will play a key role in ensuring data integration and interoperability across Ayming's systems, while contributing to our Data & AI transformation and the Aym-otion migration project . You will work on: Designing and maintaining data integration and migration pipelines. Data mapping and data quality management. Integration using APIs, ETL/ELT and event streaming. Supporting embedded BI solutions.

Working closely with business and IT teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. We are looking for professionals with 2+ years of experience in Data Integration, Analytics Engineering or BI, with knowledge of APIs, ETL/ELT, cloud environments and integration tools. Program Manager – HR & Finance IT You will lead Ayming's HR IT transformation program , with the scope expected to expand to Finance IT applications from 2027.

Your responsibilities will include: Leading Workday HCM implementation milestones. Coordinating Workday integrators and internal HR, Finance, IT and Data & AI teams. Managing milestones, dependencies, risks and budgets. Leading governance and steering committees with senior stakeholders. Supporting change management and adoption of new solutions. Contributing to the HR & Finance IT roadmap. We are looking for professionals with 6+ years of experience in IT Program or Project Management , international deployment experience and the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
