IT SPECIALIST (SYSADMIN)

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the the following: 1) Assisting in the administration of multi-operating system networks (Linux, Unix, or Windows) and supporting network operations or help desk environments; 2) Following configuration management procedures and work as part of a technical team under direct supervision;3) Guiding, coordinating, or assisting with managing the daily tasks and work assignments of system administrators or network engineers to support customer testing, network operations, or technical projects; 4) Coordinating network, hardware, or software configuration changes with configuration management, information security, and engineering teams to support continuous system security authorization and operational readiness.

Your experience must also reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
