IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN)

About this role

Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. In addition to your experience demonstrating the competencies above, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the Federal service. (1) Experience managing all phases of the Information Technology (IT) budget lifecycle to include planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE).

(2) Experience developing and submitting acquisition packages for IT hardware, software, and services in coordination with contracting offices. (3) Experience reviewing and implementing IT procurement policies and project plans to ensure compliance with government standards. (4) Experience performing financial analysis to track expenditures, reconcile funds, and provide trend and performance reports to management. (5) Experience preparing and submitting IT financial documentation to support budget formulation, justification, and execution.
