IT SPECIALIST

About this role

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DS-04 (GS-11/12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Understanding of policies, practices and procedures pertinent to security (cyber, traditional, personnel, special access program) and classification standards; 2) Experience deriving IT requirements, planning and executing IT deployments and support, writing a System Security Plan, reviewing system Concept of Operation documents for IT and Cybersecurity, working a Plan of Action & Milestones for a Special Access Program; 3) Demonstrating knowledge of Project Management principles and application with cloud, server, and desktop-based tools; 4) Demonstrating knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools for connected or disconnected environments; 5) Experience managing Information Assurance Vulnerability Management and application of Security Technical Implementation Guide defined boundaries; 6) Direct experience with RMF policy, processes, and tools, and working within JSIG programs as a System Administrator; and 7) Experience implementing and supporting RMF as applied within the Intelligence Community (IC) and/or Special Access Programs.
