We seek an IT Experience Intern to join us onsite in our Paris office with our team for a paid internship of 6 months .
This is a hands-on learning opportunity for an university student who is curious about a career in IT, brings a positive, can-do attitude, and wants exposure to how a modern, fast-paced technology organization delivers world-class IT service. You'll shadow and work alongside our IT Experience team, building foundational skills under the mentorship of our Analysts and senior staff. Our IT Team delivers the complete life cycle of IT services for the staff at Anaplan, from onboarding and setup, to upgrade, installation, troubleshooting, repair and replacement of hardware and software solutions, asset recovery, and protection.
As an IT Experience Intern, you'll get a firsthand look at that full life cycle, assisting with real support requests under guidance while building the technical and customer-service foundation for a future in IT. Our team members operate in the sweet spot of an empathetic, superior customer support experience, comfortable communicating clearly and setting expectations, and you'll begin developing those same habits. Your Impact Shadow and assist with frontline support for end-user laptops, tablets, and mobile devices (Mac, Windows) Help log and update support tickets in ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing system under supervision Support new-hire onboarding tasks such as equipment staging, setup, and account provisioning Assist with maintaining accurate hardware and software asset records Observe and help prepare conference rooms and meeting technology for events, partnering with full-time staff Learn and follow documented procedures and runbooks for common support scenarios Take on small, well-defined projects or process-improvement tasks as assigned by your mentor Bring curiosity, strong attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn new tools and technologies Your Qualifications Currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar) No prior professional IT experience required; personal or coursework experience with computers is a plus Basic familiarity with Mac and/or Windows devices Some exposure to Microsoft Office 365 suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Willingness to learn ticketing systems (e.g.
