CD PROJEKT RED is currently looking for an IT Assets Hardware Operations & Warehouse Specialist to join our IT Asset Management team! As a new member, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge technology to users, maintaining IT hardware and software, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the studio. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will help us maintain high service quality and implement new solutions to enhance our work environment.

Reporting IT assets stock and potential risks to IT management. Maintaining transparent and accessible assets tracking documentation. IT related invoices settlement. Supporting IT processes. Planning and lifecycle management of all IT resources. Cooperation with external partners.
Min. 2 years in the field in one of: Business/IT operation, ITAM, IT Support or logistics. Conversational level of English. Very good knowledge of Polish. Accuracy in carrying out tasks. Well-developed organisation and coordination skills. Proactive problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and teamwork spirit. Knowledge of current hardware technology and nuances. Experience with Jira Assets, GLPI, or other hardware managing solutions.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets. Working mode In-office in full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland.
