ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Initiates and leads complex analytic projects applying innovative methodologies. 2. Leads project teams in developing, applying, or evaluating artificial intelligence and/or data science solutions to all-source analysis tradecraft, assessments, production, and dissemination challenges. 3. Devises innovative and adaptive solutions to meet changing priorities or unforeseen obstacles. 4. Effectively facilitates meetings and collaborates with customers to elicit requirements, identify applicable datasets, and craft methodologies whose outputs inform decisions.

5. Develops highly innovative approaches that balance the needs, priorities, and programmatic concerns of Information/Knowledge/Data management of the organization in a positive and constructive manner.
