The Inventory Manager leads daily warehouse operations and inventory control to ensure materials are received, stored, tracked, and delivered accurately, safely, and on schedule. This position oversees warehouse personnel, inventory records, cycle counts, shipping and receiving, and material traceability while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable Government contract and FAR requirements, including Government property accountability when required.

Working closely with procurement, quality, production, program management, and finance, the manager resolves inventory discrepancies, maintains documentation ready for audit, protects company and Government assets, and improves processes to support operational efficiency and reliable program execution. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.

5+ years of warehouse, inventory-control, materials-management, or logistics experience, including supervisory or management responsibility. Experience supporting Government or defense contracts and managing Government-furnished property (GFP) and/or contractor-acquired property in accordance with applicable FAR requirements. Demonstrated experience maintaining accurate, complete, and auditable inventory and property records, including receipt, issue, transfer, location, quantity, condition, disposition, and contract accountability.

Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions for inventory discrepancies. Ability to establish and maintain inventory controls that protect material from loss, damage, deterioration, theft, misidentification, and unauthorized use. Experience with receiving, inspection coordination, put-away, material handling, picking, kitting, staging, shipping, and returns processes.
