To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.

Candidates for the GS-09 grade level must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower (GS-07) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sectors. Specialized experience for this position includes the following: Performing analytical work to manage, regulate and control the level and flow of materials, supplies and equipment through acquisition, storage and inventory management.

Resolving conventional inventory management problems, questions and situations in a supply operation. Monitoring established supply systems and programs. Performing independent reviews and making recommendations involving well-established acquisition criteria, methods, techniques and procedures. -- OR -- Graduate Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree, or two (2) full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, or completion of all requirements for an LL.B or J.D.

degree, if related. -- OR -- Combination of Education and Experience: Equivalent combinations of successfully completed education and experience may be used to meet the experience requirements. NOTE: Graduate education must be in a field related to the duties of the position.
