Inventory Management Specialist

About this role

In order to meet the basic qualifications of the Inventory Management Specialist position, NF-2010-03, you must meet both of the following requirements: 1.Experience and/or Education: a) Possess one (1) year of specialized experience in an Inventory/Business Administration/Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics role that equipped you to perform successfully the duties of this position; OR b) five (5) years of education beyond high school; OR c) three (3) years of general work experience.

2. Possess a valid Driver's License KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES (KSAs) requirements for this position are as follows: ** Your application must include narratives for each KSA, using specific examples to demonstrate your qualifications and experience. 1. Experience performing inventory, supply chain duties. Inventory experience in a Retail Dining role is preferred. 2. Experience receiving, tracking, and/or ordering products.

Experience using inventory software for product receiving is preferred. 3. Incumbent must have the ability to self-manage with little to no supervision, and have strong organizational skills with the ability to plan out duties to meet deadlines. 4. Experience coordinating with different departments, and delivering goods to multiple locations. 5. Experience in food service and proper food storage techniques like "FIFO."
