What You'll Do Our Global Supply Chain and Operations teams are critical to the efficient function of our data centres, driving accurate asset tracking, logistics management, and resource allocation to support our high-performance cloud infrastructure. About the role As an Inventory Control Specialist at CoreWeave, you will be a critical contributor to the efficient operation of our data centres by recording and tracking on-site assets, managing regional logistics, and conducting ongoing audits.

In this 100% on-site role, you will coordinate the receiving, shipping, storage, and distribution of IT hardware—including servers and networking equipment—while utilizing inventory management software to maintain precise records. You will collaborate closely with Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance to allocate resources efficiently, resolve inventory discrepancies proactively, and provide detailed reporting to management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Who You Are Proven technical experience in inventory management, asset tracking, or data centre logistics. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on familiarity with specialised asset management software. Physical ability to work in a data centre environment, including moving and lifting heavy hardware equipment. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities to identify, reconcile, and resolve complex inventory discrepancies.

Valid work authorisation that does not require current or future company sponsorship. Preferred: Prior experience managing IT hardware assets, server components, and networking materials within a high-density data centre facility. Experience working with modern ERP or enterprise warehouse management systems. Wondering if you're a good fit?
