Internship Technical Office Engineer / Site Superintendent (Belgium)

Are you a student in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field and looking for an internship in Belgium? Great news! BESIX is continuously looking for motivated interns eager to contribute to large-scale and complex construction projects. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to support our Technical Office Engineers and Site Superintendents in their daily activities while gaining valuable hands-on experience on one of our construction sites.

Your mission: Assist in the preparation and follow-up of work schedules and construction methodologies; Support the coordination and monitoring of daily site activities; Participate in the follow-up of subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries; Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and site administration; Attend site meetings and assist in monitoring project progress; Help ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards on site; Collaborate with various project stakeholders to support the successful execution of the works.

You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or industrial construction engineering, architectural engineering, or electromechanical engineering.

You are interested in completing an internship at one of our sites in Belgium (buildings, civil works, maritime works); Your internship period should last at least 4 full weeks (preferably 6 full weeks or more). Please mention your internship period with your application ; You speak Dutch/French and you have good knowledge of English; You are analytical, autonomous and driven; You are communicative, you like to take initiative and you are a real team player; You are flexible and proactive when facing problems and challenges.
