Are you passionate about people, recruitment, and talent acquisition? Looking for a hands-on HR internship where you can make a real impact from day one? Then BESIX might be the perfect place for you. As a Recruitment Intern, you will support our Talent Acquisition team and gain valuable experience throughout the recruitment process. You will screen CVs, follow up on applications, coordinate recruitment activities, and support various HR projects and day-to-day operations.

Beyond recruitment, you will also have the opportunity to participate in job fairs, campus events, networking activities, and employer branding initiatives. At BESIX, you won't just observe. You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field; You are looking for an internship at our Head Office in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert; Your internship period is at least 8 weeks full-time. Please mention your availability and internship dates in your application; You are fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English; You have an analytical mindset, work autonomously, and pay attention to detail; You are a strong communicator, proactive by nature, and enjoy collaborating with a variety of stakeholders; You are flexible, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where challenges are opportunities to learn and grow.
