INTERNAL RECRUITER (TECH & HIGH-VOLUME STAFFING) Remote | PST/EST Hours | Full-Time | Tech-Focused Recruitment We’re hiring an experienced Internal Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring efforts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. If you have a background in staffing agencies, experience working with tech clients, and can confidently conduct technical interviews, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

You’ll manage multiple roles at once, work closely with internal stakeholders and clients, and help refine our recruiting processes as we scale. What You’ll Do - Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation - Manage multiple requisitions at once across technical and non-technical roles - Conduct technical interviews to evaluate candidate skills and fit - Partner with hiring managers and tech clients to align on requirements and expectations - Provide excellent candidate engagement from first contact to onboarding - Keep clean records using an ATS and other recruitment platforms - Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency and quality What You Bring - 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on staffing and volume hiring - Hands-on experience with technical recruiting and interviewing - Track record of success working with tech clients and complex role requirements - Strong communication skills and a candidate-first mindset - Tech-savvy and familiar with ATS tools and sourcing platforms - Must be able to work PST or EST hours at least part of the week Preferred Attributes - Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized - Able to work independently and collaborate across distributed teams - Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment Why Join Us - Help build the teams powering today’s most innovative companies - Join a mission-driven organization with room to grow - Work remotely while making a tangible impact on hiring outcomes We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.
