About this role

As Intern Strategy & Transformation (mandatory or voluntary, min. 12 weeks, start October 2026) you join the Strategy & Transformation Office in Munich/Gilching. The office reports to the VP Strategy & Product and serves the entire C-level. It drives Quantum Systems' cross-functional priorities: business development and go-to-market strategy, industrialization towards series production across all domains, supply chain and procurement improvement, transformation portfolio governance and internal capability building.

You own defined workstreams within these programs and work directly with senior management and the C-level. What is your Day to Day Mission: Shape strategic direction: translate market, competitor and technology developments into positions and options for the C-level. Drive transformation: own workstreams in company-wide change and governance programs from concept through approval to rollout. Enable scaling: structure execution plans for industrialization and market entry and codify lessons learned into reusable guidance.

Deliver decision material: produce executive memos, board slides and business cases that hold up in front of the C-level and customers.
