About this role

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 0401 Basic Qualifications: You must possess one of the items listed below (A or B): A. Degree in biological sciences, agriculture, natural resource management, chemistry, or related disciplines appropriate to the position. OR B. A combination of education and experience: Courses equivalent to a major, as shown in A above, plus appropriate experience or additional education. 1301 Basic Qualifications: You must possess one of the items listed below (A or B): A.

Degree in physical science, engineering, or mathematics that included 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science such as mechanics, dynamics, properties of materials, and electronics. OR B. Have a combination of education and experience: Education equivalent to one of the majors shown in A above that included at least 24 semester hours in physical sciences and/or related engineering science, plus appropriate experience or additional education.

1320 Basic Qualifications: You must possess one of the items listed below (A or B): A. Degree in physical sciences, life sciences, or engineering that included 30 semester hours in chemistry, supplemented by course work in mathematics through differential and integral calculus, and at least 6 semester hours of physics. OR B. A combination of education and experience: Course work equivalent to a major as shown in A above, including at least 30 semester hours in chemistry, supplemented by mathematics through differential and integral calculus, and at least 6 semester hours of physics, plus appropriate experience or additional education.

In addition to meeting the basic requirements above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below: Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Managing the complex acquisition process, overseeing acquisition requests, and ensuring all requests are made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations, and overall department internal acquisition policies.
