INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/ARCHITECT (PROJECT MANAGER)

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Applying advanced concepts, principles, and practices within the engineering and architecture fields to complete projects such as military construction and major facilities renovations; 2) Providing significant assistance to the management of capital improvement projects from conception through close-out, to include scope, schedule and cost; 3) Monitoring the use of assigned project resources, including reimbursable project dollars, to determine if the project is tracking as planned or if corrective action(s) should be taken; 4) Providing input for recommendations for resolving project problems due to design errors, unforeseen conditions, or changes in criteria; 5) Providing data, statistics, metrics, etc.
