About this role

For the GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer integrating hardware and software for vehicle systems to ensure products meet or exceed requirements for a warfare program. Examples of qualifying experience may include: designing, developing, or testing embedded hardware/software systems; utilizing high-level programming languages (e.g., C, C++, or Python); or applying experience with microcontrollers, single-board computers, or embedded operating systems.

Examples of qualifying experience may include: designing, developing, or testing embedded hardware/software systems; utilizing high-level programming languages (e.g., C, C++, or Python); or applying experience with microcontrollers, single-board computers, or embedded operating systems.
