Integration Engineer (Metronome)

📋 Description Conduct discovery and scoping to understand customers' billing and pricing challenges Support customers throughout implementation lifecycle including design and testing Provide expert guidance on usage-based pricing and consumption-based business models Configure Metronome platform and design integrations with CRM/CPQ, ERP and billing systems Serve as liaison between customers and R&D, advocating for customer needs Build relationships with customer stakeholders, including C-suite 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in technical or customer-facing roles with SaaS products Experience leading complex implementations for enterprise tech companies Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical concepts across stakeholders Interest in building go-to-market playbooks and processes Willingness to travel ~30% Preferred: knowledge of quote-to-cash and integrations with Salesforce, NetSuite
