📋 Description Design and develop e-learning modules, blended learning resources, and performance support tools Use authoring, visual design, and approved artificial intelligence tools to create and update Partner with product marketing, operations, and other subject matter experts to gather information Apply instructional design and user experience principles to create clear, practical learning Assess learning needs with stakeholders and translate capability gaps into focused content and Use learner feedback and learning activity data to evaluate content effectiveness and make 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of experience in instructional design, sales enablement, or a related learning-content Experience using e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise or comparable software, to Ability to explain complex information through clear writing, visual design, and learning activities Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to learn unfamiliar products or processes and Experience managing content-development tasks and deadlines, incorporating feedback, and using Experience developing learning content for sales or other customer-facing teams
