About this role

Als Innovation & Circularity Manager (all genders) treibst Du Materialinnovationen und zirkuläre Strategien voran, die direkt auf unsere Impact-Ziele einzahlen. Im Fokus steht die Reduktion des ökologischen Fußabdrucks unserer Produkte durch Materialien der nächsten Generation, zirkuläre Designprinzipien und skalierbare Systeme, die messbare CO2- und Ressourceneinsparungen ermöglichen. Als Schnittstelle zwischen Product, Supply Chain, Marketing und externen Partnern übersetzt Du unsere Nachhaltigkeitsambitionen in greifbare Ergebnisse und trägst so dazu bei, Mode neu zu definieren und Unternehmenswachstum von Umweltbelastung zu entkoppeln.

Today, with a team of more than 200 employees and four collections a year, the brand continues to explore new possibilities for fashion through innovation, collaboration and long-term thinking. Du entwickelst und setzt eine Materialinnovationsstrategie um, die auf unsere CO2-Reduktions- und Next-Gen-Faser-Ziele einzahlt – von der Suche und Bewertung neuer Materialtechnologien bis zur Steuerung von Innovationspilotprojekten (Konzept, Test, Validierung, Launch) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Product, Supply Chain und externen Innovator*innen.

Du treibst die Umsetzung unserer Design-Prinzipien für Zirkularität in allen Produktkategorien voran, undverfolgst den Fortschritt unserer Zirkularitäts-KPIs im Rahmen der Impact*-Roadmap. Du stellst Datenqualität und -konsistenz über Innovations- und Materialdatenbanken sicher, bringst Materialwirkungen in unsere LCA-Plattform (z. B. Carbonfact) ein und bewertest neue Initiativen anhand von Lebenszyklus-Kennzahlen und Umweltperformance.
