ABOUT VITALIZE’S DEPLOYMENT TEAM Our team is the engine behind Vitalize's growth as we scale our deployment motion from 30 to 300+ hospitals. We own the most complex, highest-stakes enterprise rollouts, and our work directly shapes how new product lines and expansions land with customers.

THE ROLE You’ll embed directly with nursing executives, hospital operations leaders, finance, and IT to understand how their organizations actually function—not just how they think they function. You’ll diagnose operational bottlenecks, align cross-functional stakeholders, drive organizational change, and architect deployments that fundamentally reshape how health systems staff and operate.
